1. Information We Collect

We only collect what we need to schedule and provide your cleaning service, or respond to your questions:

• Contact information — name, email address, and phone number, submitted through our booking or contact forms.
• Service address — street address, unit/apt, city, and ZIP code, so we know where to send our team.
• Home details — square footage, bathroom count, and condition information you provide to generate an accurate price estimate.
• Message content — anything you write to us through the Contact form.
• Payment card — when you book, you enter a card to keep on file. Card details are sent directly from your browser to our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored on our servers. We only see limited details such as card brand and last four digits.
• Job photos — our cleaning professionals may take before-and-after photos of the areas they clean, for quality control and to resolve any service questions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to schedule and perform your cleaning service, calculate an accurate price quote, communicate with you about your appointment (confirmations, reminders, or follow-ups), and respond to questions submitted through our Contact form. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond running your cleaning service and communicating with you about it.

3. Text Messaging & Communications

When you provide your phone number through our booking or contact forms, we may send you text messages related to your service — including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and schedule changes. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text, or by contacting us at (470) 558-1581 or andre@purespace360.com — we'll honor opt-out requests made through any reasonable method. Message frequency varies based on your bookings.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason.

We share information only with the service providers we use to run the business, and only what each one needs:

• Stripe — securely stores your card and processes payments.
• Netlify — hosts this website and processes form submissions.
• Google Analytics — measures website usage in aggregate (see Section 5).
• Airtable and Google Workspace — store your booking and customer records, schedule appointments, and send email.
• Our cleaning professionals — the person assigned to your appointment receives your name, service address, access instructions, and job details so they can perform the clean.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of our team or customers.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are viewed, how people move through the price calculator and booking steps, and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information in aggregate; it does not receive your name, email, phone number, address, or payment details from us. We also record your answer to "How did you hear about us?" with your booking. You can opt out of Google Analytics on any website with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies. Our payment processor, Stripe, may also set cookies on the booking page that are necessary for fraud prevention and secure payment processing.

6. How We Protect Your Information

All information is transmitted securely (HTTPS). Card data goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers; booking and customer records are kept in access-controlled business systems. We keep customer information only as long as needed to provide our services and maintain reasonable business records, and we limit access to the information needed to run PureSpace360.

7. Your Choices & Rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we have on file, correct inaccurate information, or delete your information from our records (subject to any records we're legally required to retain, such as for tax purposes). 8. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for homeowners and residents 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our business or website changes. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date it was last updated.
