• Service address — street address, unit/apt, city, and ZIP code, so we know where to send our team.
• Home details — square footage, bathroom count, and condition information you provide to generate an accurate price estimate.
• Message content — anything you write to us through the Contact form.

We do not collect payment card information through this website — payment is handled in person at the time of service (card or Zelle), not processed or stored by this site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to schedule and perform your cleaning service, calculate an accurate price quote, communicate with you about your appointment (confirmations, reminders, or follow-ups), and respond to questions submitted through our Contact form. We do not use your information for any purpose beyond running your cleaning service and communicating with you about it.

3. Text Messaging & Communications

When you provide your phone number through our booking or contact forms, we may send you text messages related to your service — including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and schedule changes. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your bookings.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone, for any reason.

Booking and contact form submissions are processed through Netlify Forms, the third-party service that powers our website hosting, solely to deliver your submission to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of our team or customers.

5. Cookies & Tracking

As of the date above, this website does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. If that changes in the future (for example, adding site analytics), we'll update this policy to reflect it.

6. How We Protect Your Information

Form submissions are transmitted securely (HTTPS) and stored by Netlify on our behalf. We keep customer information only as long as needed to provide our services and maintain reasonable business records, and we limit access to the information needed to run PureSpace360.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we have on file, correct inaccurate information, or delete your information from our records (subject to any records we're legally required to retain, such as for tax purposes).
